Company Profile

EiraSYS is a microengineering services company headquartered in Castro Verde - Portugal, with office in InCastro - Centro de Ideias e Negócios de Castro Verde. It was founded in 2008 as a result of the PRIME SIUPI 40/01371 project and the national patent application PT103437. The company is a pioneer in the research and development of a new type of electric motor, with EOMT technology based on nutation and oscillation. It has also developed an international patent application, PCT/PT2007/000010, in cooperation with the project promoter. In the following years, eiraSYS diversified its activities into additive manufacturing, software development, and hardware commercialization.

EiraSYS designs and researches innovative solutions tailored to clients needs. It develops and assembles products that integrate mechatronics and IT components, creating user interfaces to control and instrument equipment. The company develops applications using Excell, LabVIEW, VBA, VB.NET, Python, JavaScript, HTML.

EiraSYS carries out design projects in SolidWorks, specializing in product design and mechanical drafting. It also designs and produces models using additive manufacturing.

Additionally, EiraSYS provides consultancy in engineering applied to customized products and services.

EiraSYS develops products by assembling OEM components with custom-designed parts produced through additive manufacturing.

3D Prototyping Service

Send us your STL files by mail for a free budget proformer invoice. We print parts using FDM technology with a Dimension Elite 3D Printer or SLA with FormLabs Form 4 printer. Use of high quality ABS Plus material and soluble Support material or High quality resins from FormLabs. Part cleaning included in price. We accept other 3D CAD files. We also build parts in SLS technology from external suppliers. Post processing and assembly is also available for your specific project.
