Originally designed for the Mookum & i-Materialise Award, the Spinal cable is a modular re-sizable cord holder to clear up and arrange all cables under the computer desk. It has a flexible structure where it is very easy to add or remove cables of various diameters just by pushing in or pulling them out. Cables can stop following the spinal cable at any place, which is an advantage to connect them at different heights. The spinal cable is hanged under the table using a support item. This item is bolted with 6 screws under the table, having also an elastic cable of 2,5mm diameter with a knot to be hanged in the hole of the support. The elastic is threaded through the holes of all the vertebras ending with a knot to hold all the modular items. Standard solution has 7 vertebra elements, having a total height of 350mm. Each vertebra adds 50mm height.
